Recipe: Spanish Martini

Last weekend my brother, Andy, made me one of the best cocktails I’ve had, so naturally I thought it a good idea to share the recipe with you 🙂

It was the perfect prelude to our Tapas evening, the recipes for which will probably also turn up on this blog at some point!

For each glass, he recommends using:

Equal measures of gin – preferably a fresh-flavoured gin e.g. grapefruit and coconut – and red vermouth.

Half a lime

A generous helping of ice

A sprig of rosemary

A shot of lemonade

Andy blogs at breakfastreading and you can read some of his other drinks recipes and recommendations in this post.

I didn’t have my ‘proper’ camera with me, but my sister did snap it on her phone:

The bar image featured at the top was another Pinterest find: find it here.
